Farm to Table Camp

The “Farm To Table” gardening camp, planned for Aug 2022, will educate children on the importance of growing a garden, harvesting produce for themselves and others, and being good stewards of the earth. The one-week camp will have two teaching beds reserved for the children in the YMCA Community Garden, with gardening-related and purpose-filled projects. Children enrolled in the camp will share their learnings with participants in the YMCA’s other camps via group activities. Grant Amount: $3,000.
