Portland Recreational River Park and Trail

This project, phase 2 of Portland’s previously established Riverfront Nature Trails, will develop a parking lot and access road to increase river access opportunities. The riverfront park will allow people to hike on the trails, picnic on the banks of the Connecticut River, and, in the future provide, opportunities for kayak and canoe enthusiasts. Grant Amount: $4,000.
