Urban Gardening, Pollinator Awareness Program

The Middletown Public Schools/After School program will use the grant money to fund the purchase of materials for the urban gardening/pollinator awareness program. Families from schools across Middletown will learn about gardening, pollinators, and their importance in the food chain. Families will create a doorstep garden and will have the opportunity to learn about their plants and how to care for them. Families will also make pollinator attractors and seed bombs. Grant Amount: $2,925.00.
