What amenities are included with my reservation?
Included amenities are Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioned rooms, access to a small kitchen, and two restrooms.
What equipment is available in the rooms?
The Large Meeting Room includes 70 chairs, folding tables, a podium with microphone, a retractable projection screen, dimmable lights, and an A‑V cart. A projector is available for $30.
The Wadsworth Room includes a 55″ monitor, three meeting tables, and chairs.
What are the reservation hours?
Rooms can be reserved Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM; Sunday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Do I need to include setup and cleanup time in my reservation?
Yes. All setup and cleanup must be completed within your reserved time, and advance setup is not permitted.
How do I book a room?
You can submit the Meeting Room Request form here, call 860‑347‑0340 during business hours, or email jenna@rockfallfoundation.org. Request form submission does not guarantee a reservation.
When is payment due?
An invoice is issued once a soft hold is placed. Payment is due two weeks before the reservation date. Reservations are only confirmed once payment is received.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund; 15–30 days receive a 50% refund; less than 15 days receive no refund or credit.
Where do I park?
Parking on-site is limited—about 18 spaces evenings/weekends and as few as 5 on weekdays. Additional paid parking is available next door at the Melilli Plaza public lot. Handicapped and staff spaces are reserved during business hours.
How do I enter the building for my reservation?
The main entrance (parking‑lot side) is unlocked at the start of your reserved time. The Large Meeting Room is immediately to the right; the Wadsworth Room is down the hallway to the left.
Who do I contact if I need assistance during my reservation?
During business hours, call 860‑347‑0340 or ring the office doorbell. After hours, contact Tony at 860‑227‑4176 or Jenna at 203‑525‑5586.
What cleanup is required?
You must turn off lights, clean the kitchen, restore the room to its original setup, wash and put away coffee pots, dispose of trash and recycling properly, and bag excess trash. Additional custodial fees may apply for non‑compliance.
Am I allowed to use Sterno-type heating elements for my food?
Yes, Sterno-type heaters are allowed to keep food trays warm. However, any other kinds of open flames are not permitted.
