The grant funds awarded will go towards gardening/trail maintenance tools, native plantings, and curricula items for the One Health Program. One Health is an integrated, unifying approach that aims to balance the Health of people, animals, and ecosystems sustainably. High Hopes fosters a community where horse and human interactions improve lives by benefitting the minds, bodies and spirits of people with disabilities.  Grant Amount: $2,350.00.
