Debris Couture, a Trashion Fashion Show

This grant will provide funding for the educational and research component of a program designed to educate the communities in the Lower CT River Valley about recycling, reuse and waste reduction. The program will culminate with a “trashion” show with outfits designed and created out of unconventional materials that would otherwise be thrown away. The Free Center’s mission is to provide access to space, information and quality programs for those in their community. Grant Amount: $2,000.00.
